Scope: Commercial joinery fitout

Project has been delivered in 3 separate stages Inquiry & Innovation Hub, Arts and IT Precinct and Library/Food/Performing Arts Hub. Materials used follow the same rule of large volume of open spaces with wall panelling, corridors with its curved walls, laboratories and other learning spaces. Materials used in this project comprises chemical resistant surfaces, innovative Teak laminates, acoustic cladding as well as upholstery fixtures. Project challenges are mainly associated with greater than usual volume of work which had to be delivered in strict time frame. Westminster School project is one of the largest projects Motyl has undertaken and it let us achieve gold standard in delivering high volume project. Our staff has risen to next level in term of planning, preparation and procurement as well logistic aspect of this size projects.
