Motyl Group offer interior fitout services to the construction industry across range of sectors Australia wide. For over 10 years, we’ve been delivering award winning commercial fitouts. With a strong focus on understanding our clients’ requirements and a persistent approach to quality of services, Motyl Group has grown as a SA leader in fitouts services.

Today, Motyl Group employs over 30 full time employees and close to 100 subcontractors, our annual turnover reaches almost $10 million. We are one of a few market leaders in South Australia in providing architectural joinery and shopfitting services. Group of companies have its roots in people`s expertise, dedication, and boldness in achieving the best for our customers and partners in all we do since our establishment in 2010 by Tomasz Molczyk.

Our core strengths are passionate people, relentless pursuit for best quality service, strong vision and family values which are the footing of everything we do. Motyl Group delivers projects of the highest standard – on time and to budget – and use our exceptional knowledge and care to ensure we get it right the first time.

Our capability extends from the upgrade of shopfronts, office refurbishment, lobbies, and foyer areas to complete construct&design project up to $1 million.

Timeline

2010

After emigrating from Poland (2003) and 7 years in commercial fitout industry in South Australia, Tomasz Molczyk on 10th January 2010 starts his own venture as a sole trader joiner/carpenter providing installation service to local shopfitting market. Shortly after Tomasz opens a small workshop at Hendon SA, acquires basic set of second-hand machinery and works for the first year by himself, later that year starts engaging first employees. With his experience within European and Australian shopfitting market Tomasz quickly establishes network of satisfied customers who value and share his dedication to quality of service.

2014

Business grew steadily and significantly securing work with premium commercial clients such as Mossop, Badge, Sarah and Schiavello. After completion of a major fitout project at Adelaide Casino company has relocated to new workshop in Gilman SA increasing floor space, machines capabilities and team of dedicated employees.

2016

Client’s demand prompted the company to invest in purchasing new production facility and offices in Brompton SA. The new premises delivered over 1,000 m2 of production floor and allowed our assembly teams to grow twice in size. This investment in production capacity and technology incresed Motyl `s delivery capacity considerably, allowing strong growth and implementation of sophisticated systems to manage multimillion dollar turnover.

2019

Motyl Group acquired second factory building “next door” and Motyl Shopfitters Pty Ltd has become fully independently operating business to allow better business transparency and management. It is a core element of Motyl Group and provides diversification to our capabilities as an organisation and adds strength to Motyl brand.

Today

Motyl Group is a well-respected Australian market leader across Retail and Hospitality sectors. Our business has developed  reputation of manufacturing intelligence, commitment to details and problem-solving capabilities. We are well known for unparallel dedication to customer experience and quality of our products. Motyl Group delivers expertise in commercial fitouts across all sectors Australia wide.
